Loss

He walks her home

now she walks alone

He gives her flowers

now she can't even look at them

He kissed her on the cheek

now tears run down her cheeks

He pushed her on the swing

now she sits alone and unmoving

life was just the way she hoped it would be

now he is just a memory

He took all the photos

now that's all she will ever see

for now he rests in peace
